Job Description

  • Manage drafting, review, and negotiation of SaaS and commercial contracts, ensuring inclusion of key legal and risk-mitigation clauses.
  • Track contract renewals, amendments, and maintain accurate records using CLM tools to ensure continuity and compliance.
  • Support legal reporting, IP management, insurance review, and regulatory compliance across global standards like GDPR and ISO.
  • Act as a legal advisor to business teams by providing risk assessments, research insights, and timely support for deal execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Consultant should have:

  • LL.B/LL.M | 5-8 years of post-qualification experience
  • Proven expertise in corporate and commercial law, particularly in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong skills in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
  • Immediately available candidates will be preferred
