Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Provide legal advice to internal teams on various matters.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel when needed.
  • Identify and manage potential legal risks.
  • Support the business in regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws that may affect the business.
  • Maintain proper documentation of legal records.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
  • PQE : 2-4 years
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Familiarity with corporate and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian legal systems.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
