Job Description

  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
  • Assist in managing legal risks and resolving disputes when necessary.
  • Conduct legal research to support decision-making and policy development.
  • Collaborate with external counsel as needed on specialised matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of legal documents and proceedings.
  • Support corporate governance and regulatory reporting requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • A law degree from a recognised institution.
  • 2-4 years of work experience
  • Proven experience in legal drafting, contract negotiation, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the technology and telecoms industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
