Job Description

  • Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements on both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
  • Build and maintain scalable legal operations tools, including contract playbooks, frameworks, and approval matrices.
  • Provide proactive legal advice to business teams on commercial risk, employment matters, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support strategic initiatives by ensuring strong governance and risk mitigation across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Legal Executive (Temp) should have:

  • LL.B/LL.M, 3-6 Years Experience
  • Strong commercial contracting and contract lifecycle management skills
  • Added exposure to M&A and familiarity with insurance regulatory frameworks is a plus
