This opportunity is for fresh law graduates to work on a 6-month in-house legal secondment project with a leading quick commerce company based in Bangalore. The role offers hands-on corporate legal exposure, and only candidates who are immediately available will be considered.

About Our Client

This organisation operates in the quick commerce sector.

Job Description

Facilitate acquisition of compliance certificates, licenses and registrations as may be required for the operations of business;

Implement compliance policies;

Support legal and business stakeholders on a variety of compliance issues and transactions, including, potential conflicts of interest, high-risk payments, appropriate segregation of duties, and audit and report compliance with the statutory compliance matters;

Organize and deliver compliance training and communications in integrity and compliance culture;

Be a key contributor to developing and implementing new compliance policies;

Strong interfacing with internal auditors to address significant matters.

Tracking and monitoring compliance for various projects and assignments

Tracking notices and preparing responses

Travel for work and liaison with regulatory authorities as and when required

Filings and record keeping activities

Preparing periodical MIS compliance reports

Proactive and prompt response on assignments.
