Our client is a leading global financial services organisation with a strong presence across investment banking and financial markets.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain a regulatory governance framework for financial services laws and regulations.
  • Analyze emerging financial and banking regulatory developments across multiple global jurisdictions (APAC, US, EMEA, among others).
  • Monitor regulatory changes and support timely policy and compliance updates.
  • Advise on regulatory, data privacy, transactional, and cross‑border legal matters and manage global stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Inventory Management professional should have:

  • A degree in law or a related field from a recognised institution.
  • Strong and demonstrable regulatory experience within Financial Services / Investment Banking.
  • Exposure to multinational jurisdictions and proficiency in legal documentation and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
