Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate global customer and vendor contracts.
  • Manage the compliance tool and ensure effective compliance tracking.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor governance and compliance policies.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and law firms globally.
  • Handle litigation, employment law, and regulatory matters across jurisdictions.
  • Support ad hoc legal matters, including M&A and strategic business initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in law from a recognized institution.
  • Proven expertise in handling legal matters within the pharmaceutical/life sciences/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage disputes and provide strategic legal counsel.
