Job Description

  • Provide end-to-end legal and contracting support for technology and commercial agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client and vendor contracts (SaaS, licensing, NDAs, DPAs, etc.)
  • Lead technology contracting and documentation, covering software agreements, data protection addendums, IP-related clauses, and risk allocation for global and domestic engagements
  • Implement and manage CLM processes and tools (including SpotDraft), driving standardisation, efficiency, and improved contract lifecycle visibility
  • Deliver cross-functional legal advisory on company law, data privacy, employment, IP, anti-bribery, and regulatory compliance, aligning legal strategy with business objectives
  • Supported corporate transactions with documentation, due diligence, regulatory advice, and coordination with external counsel
  • Manage disputes, investigations, and litigation strategy, including drafting legal notices and pleadings, while also developing policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • An LLB degree from a reputed institution
  • Strong experience in handling end-to-end global contracts primarily in the India, US, Philippines and UK regions
  • Proven experience in high-growth tech environments in a SaaS industry
  • Ability to identify legal risks and articulate the business impact of the same to the stakeholders
