Job Description

  • Offer strategic legal advice to support business operations and decision-making processes.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Handle litigation matters, including liaising with external counsel when required.
  • Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address legal concerns effectively and efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful lawyer should have:

  • A degree in law from a recognized institution and membership in the Bar Council of India.
  • Proven expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience handling legal matters in the manufacturing, supply chain, facotories space
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
