Job Description

  • Handle leasing activities for Industrial and Logistics park in Pune.
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants and clients.
  • Negotiate lease terms and agreements effectively.
  • Ensure properties are occupied and operating efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant needs.
  • Analyse market trends to identify new leasing opportunities.
  • Prepare and present leasing reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in property leasing or real estate development for 12-15 years
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and properties effectively.
  • Familiarity with leasing laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of the Pune property market is a plus.
