Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process within the fashion and apparel sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform product development decisions.
  • Oversee the design, development, and execution of retail product lines.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Manage timelines and budgets effectively to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive successful outcome

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12+ years in Product Development / Category / Merchandising / Sourcing in Footwear, Apparel, or Accessories.
  • Strong understanding of materials, construction, development processes, and costing frameworks.
  • Proven track record working with factories and sourcing partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple seasonal projects in fast-changing environments.
