  • Screen and shortlist potential candidates
  • Coordinate and manage interviews with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Collaborate with teams to understand hiring goals and requirements
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track and report recruitment metrics

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment for atleast 3 years
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
