Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end hiring across India for consulting roles, covering experienced, entry‑level and Tier‑1 campus talent (very important).
  • Drive India‑specific talent acquisition strategies and build strong pipelines for front‑end consulting hires.
  • Identify and assess high‑potential (HIPO) talent aligned with consulting success profiles.
  • Manage senior stakeholder and Partner communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Oversee referral hiring, candidate engagement, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the IMEA recruiting team on cross‑regional hiring projects and process improvements.
  • Use data and analytics to drive decision‑making, improve hiring efficiency, and refine recruitment practices.

The Successful Applicant

JOB LOCATION : Mumbai or Gurgaon

  • Brings 5-10 years of recruiting experience in consulting/professional services, with strong exposure to Tier‑1 and HIPO hiring.
  • Excels in stakeholder management, proactive sourcing, and data‑driven hiring within a fast‑paced, global environment.
