A successful Lead Process Excellence Execution should have:

  • Bachelor's degree + 10+ years in programme/project management for large, complex initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, process excellence and transformation delivery.
  • Proven stakeholder management, influencing skills, and ability to drive change at scale.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional, global environments.
