Job Description



  • Own and drive the Infrastructure Architecture and Transformation strategy across APAC & India, ensuring alignment with global technology standards and business objectives.
  • Define target-state architectures, technology roadmaps, and modernisation plans across cloud, networking, compute, storage, backup, and data centre environments.
  • Lead large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, network modernisation, data centre optimisation, and hybrid infrastructure programmes.
  • Act as the regional subject matter expert for infrastructure architecture, providing strategic guidance and technical leadership to business and technology stakeholders.
  • Partner with Global Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to develop scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, establish architecture standards and governance frameworks, and drive innovation across the infrastructure landscape.
  • Influence infrastructure investment decisions, vendor strategy, and technology selection through data-driven recommendations and industry best practices.
  • Support operational teams in resolving complex infrastructure challenges, ensuring architecture decisions improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Lead technical discovery, design reviews, and solution assessments for key transformation initiatives across APAC & India.
  • Operate as a high-impact Individual Contributor, leveraging expertise, stakeholder management, and thought leadership to drive outcomes without direct people management responsibility.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12-15 years of experience in Infrastructure Architecture, Strategy, and Transformation roles.
  • Strong preference for candidates with a background in designing and governing enterprise infrastructure architectures rather than purely operational leadership roles.
  • Comfortable operating as an Individual Contributor (IC), with the ability to independently drive strategy, architecture, and transformation initiatives while influencing stakeholders across global teams.
  • Proven experience driving large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption, data centre modernisation, network transformation, and hybrid infrastructure strategies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business, security, architecture, and infrastructure teams without direct people management responsibilities.
  • Experience working in global and matrix organisations, influencing decisions through technical expertise and thought leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant certifications such as Azure, VMware, Cisco, or ITIL will be advantageous.
