Job Description

  • Develop and implement industrial relations strategies aligning with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations in all workplace practices.
  • Manage employee grievances and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Engage with unions and employee representatives to maintain positive workplace relations.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Support management in policy changes and organizational restructuring initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR teams on industrial relations best practices.
  • Act as a point of contact for all industrial relations matters in the Gurugram location.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Industrial Relations should have:

  • A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in industrial relations within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance requirements in India.
  • Experience working in a structured, large organization with a focus on employee relations.
