Job Description

  • Manage industrial relations activities, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies for the Pune unit
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain a harmonious workplace environment.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances effectively.
  • Support collective bargaining processes and agreements.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on industrial relations trends to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Provide guidance and training on labour-related matters to management teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Industrial Relations should have:

  • A degree in human resources, labour relations, or a related field.
  • Only 8-12 years of experience , mid senior hire
  • Proven expertise in industrial relations within the FMCG industry, preferably in the food sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively.
  • A track record of implementing successful employee engagement initiatives.
