Requires 12-15 years of progressive HR experience within the Pharma industry (retail and/or manufacturing), with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering, employee relations, labour law and statutory compliance, talent management, and compensation, along with prior people‑management experience.The role owns end‑to‑end people responsibilities aligned to business priorities and manages a team of two direct reportees.

Job Description

  • Drive end‑to‑end HR Business Partnering across talent acquisition, onboarding, development and retention
  • Lead employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes and workforce engagement
  • Ensure strong labour law, statutory, POSH, SOX and policy compliance, including audits and governance reporting
  • Oversee compensation cycles, benefits administration, payroll coordination and rewards frameworks
  • Support organisational change initiatives and advise leaders through transitions
  • Track HR metrics, generate insights, and use data to support leadership decision‑making
  • Lead wellbeing, health, and safety initiatives, including workers' compensation

The Successful Applicant

  • Full‑time MBA in HR / Business Administration is mandatory, with preference for candidates from Tier‑1 institutes
  • 12-15 years of progressive HR experience within the Pharmaceutical industry (retail and/or manufacturing)
  • Strong background in HR Business Partnering with hands‑on exposure to employee relations, labour law compliance and statutory requirements
  • Proven experience across talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits and HR operations
  • Prior people‑management experience, with the ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership
  • Practical, execution‑oriented HR leader with a collaborative and solution‑driven mindset
