Job Description

  • Lead the overall HR Technology and Digital Transformation strategy for a large new‑energy and advanced manufacturing ecosystem.
  • Drive implementation and optimization of HR systems across HRMS, workforce management, payroll and talent platforms.
  • Champion automation, self‑service and employee experience through digital workflows and AI‑enabled tools.
  • Oversee workforce data governance, analytics and predictive insights for strategic decision‑making.
  • Integrate HR tech solutions with complex manufacturing, engineering, and project operations.
  • Manage HR technology vendors, partners and implementation programs end‑to‑end.
  • Ensure seamless digital alignment across HR ops, C&B, talent, learning and mobility functions.
  • Lead change management and digital adoption initiatives across diverse operational teams.



The Successful Applicant

  • Brings 10-17 years of deep experience in HR Technology, HR Digital Transformation and enterprise HR systems.
  • Has strong expertise in platforms like SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, Kronos and workforce management tools.
  • Understands large‑scale manufacturing, engineering, EPC or multi‑site operational environments.
  • Demonstrates strong HR data, governance, automation and digital workflow capability.
  • Has led digital transformation in complex, fast‑growing or greenfield setups.
  • Influences senior stakeholders and drives change across diverse teams.
  • Is willing to be fully based onsite to lead the digital HR agenda end‑to‑end.
