Job Description

  • Lead the overall people strategy and partner with senior leadership.
  • Drive a high‑performance, compliant, and values‑aligned culture.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, development, and performance processes.
  • Design and govern compensation, incentives, and benefits.
  • Manage employee relations, engagement, and DEI initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor and financial‑services regulations.
  • Oversee HR operations, data, systems, and team leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • Brings 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within financial services (Investment banks/ PE/ VC preferred)
  • Has strong expertise in talent strategy, compensation, leadership development and HR governance.
  • Demonstrates maturity, judgment and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
  • Is skilled in managing regulatory compliance and building scalable HR processes.
  • Exhibits strong communication, stakeholder management and people‑centric leadership qualities.
