Job Description

  • Oversee financial shared services operations and ensure all processes run smoothly.
  • Monitor and manage financial data to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Work with teams to improve processes and address any challenges.
  • Ensure timely reporting and analysis of financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency of shared services.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-15 years of progressive experience in Finance Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or multinational environments.
  • Strong functional understanding of Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report / Ledger & Reporting (R2R/L&R) processes with experience driving transformation across one or more finance towers.
  • Proven success leading process excellence, continuous improvement, automation, or finance transformation initiatives.
  • Experience implementing standardisation, controls, governance frameworks, and operating model improvements within shared services.
  • Strong understanding of finance technologies, ERP platforms, workflow automation, and digital transformation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex change programmes and influence senior business stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other operational excellence methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
