Job Description

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Manage financial systems and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and initiatives.
  • Lead P2P, O2C and R2R in collaboration with the outsourced partner.
  • Monitor and improve internal controls and risk management strategies.
  • Support audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead - Finance Shared Services should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Deep experience in Finance shared services, both from an in-house as well as an outsourced viewpoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial tools and software.
