About Our Client

This Tech-led Financial Services Firm is building a high-performance, meritocratic workplace for some of the sharpest minds from global technology and financial institutions. As Employee Experience Lead, you will own and shape the end-to-end employee experience across the lifecycle-crafting programs, moments, and systems that scale with the organization and authentically reflect our culture. This is a high-ownership role requiring strategic thought and exceptional execution strength.

Job Description

  • Own the end-to-end employee experience across onboarding, engagement, culture, recognition, wellbeing, and key lifecycle moments.
  • Design and deliver employee engagement and experience programs at enterprise scale.
  • Plan and execute large-scale events, leadership offsites, and culture initiatives with annual budgets.
  • Drive employee satisfaction and engagement metrics and translate insights into measurable actions.
  • Own budgeting, planning, governance, and ROI tracking for all employee experience initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with external vendors and partners across events, wellness, and engagement programs.
  • Collaborate closely with the People Partnering Lead, CHRO, HRBPs, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Lead and develop a small execution team of two coordinators, ensuring high standards and flawless delivery.
  • Proactively identify experience gaps and introduce innovative, forward-looking solutions aligned to business growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Employee Experience Lead should have:

  • 8-13+ years of experience in Employee Experience, People Experience, HR Programs, or engagement-focused roles.
  • Prior experience in high-growth, tech-led or financial services organizations preferred.
  • Proven capability in managing large budgets, complex vendors, and organization-wide initiatives.
  • Highly proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset.
  • Experience working closely with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Comfort operating in a high-performance, merit-based, low-bureaucracy environment.
