Job Description

  • Relationship Management - Building, Maintaining and developing relationships with institutional investors including - Mutual Funds, Banks, Provident Funds, Pension Funds, Insurance
  • Liaison with Institutional investors to mobilize funds through NCDs and Commercial Papers
  • Market Intelligence & Insight - Providing investors and internal teams with market intelligence and insight with experience in financial sectors.
  • Keep track of macro, regulatory and market developments and update the internal team regularly.
  • Conduct deal or non-deal roadshow with institutional investors
  • Assessing market appetite and investors interest for effective private placements
  • Evaluating different products in the market and the changing regulations
  • Broadening the investor base by reaching out to new investors of various types
  • Ensuring completeness of all deals executed including EBP process, allotment, etc.
  • Be on top of all developments on the economy, debt markets, Insurance companies, Banks, regulations, etc. to enable the Treasury make a more informed decision on funding calls
  • Monitor the fund requirement of the company to plan the borrowing well in advance
  • New Additions of investors and Regular Connect with investors
  • Streamlining Investment Methodology
  • Establishing and maintaining strong market presence
  • All responsibilities should be performed as per the Company Values and guidelines mentioned in the Company policies, as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct

The Successful Applicant

  1. Existing relationship with Institutional Investors - MF/ Banks/ Insurance/PF
  2. Experience in sales of Debt Capital Market Products, with proven track record
  3. Strong Understanding of Debt Capital Market
  4. Negotiation skills for effective execution of transactions
  5. Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environment.
  6. Understanding of regulations with respect to NCD and CP placements
  7. Hands on experience in dealing in highly rated corporate paper
  8. Sound understanding of Accounting and Financial Mathematics
  9. Strong Communication Skills and Presentation Skills
  10. Strong network skills
  11. Proficiency in MS Office
