Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all legal aspects of contracting related to media and sports projects
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and provide legal guidance for business operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline the contracting process for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on contractual obligations and legal best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments to advise on potential impacts to the organization
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts like franchisee agreements, IP related agreements, advertising contracts

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant must have

A degree of law from a reputed institution with at-least 15 years of experience

Experience across media, sports , advertising
