Job Description

C&B Strategy & Governance

- Develop and implement Compensation & Benefits strategy aligned with the organisation's road map.

- Create differentiated C&B frameworks for manufacturing, engineering, R&D, etc.

- Govern pay philosophies, grade architecture, internal equity, and reward governance.Compensation Program Design

- Lead salary planning, budgeting, increment cycles, and bonus design.

- Build performance‑linked compensation frameworks.

- Design STI and incentive programs linked to production, safety, and innovation.

- Partner with Group C&B on LTI structures for critical and leadership talent.Benefits & Policy Architecture

- Establish benefits and wellness frameworks for large industrial workforce.

- Oversee expat/local hiring benefits, relocation, insurance, and on‑site amenities.

- Drive benefits harmonisation across the organisation.Workforce Expansion & Project Phase Rewards

- Build scalable C&B systems for greenfield, commissioning, and steady‑state phases.

- Design hiring premiums, retention plans, and niche‑skill incentives.Data, Analytics & Systems

- Implement HR Tech solutions for compensation planning and analytics.

- Drive data-led insights on competitiveness, cost modelling, forecasting, and headcount planning.

- Ensure statutory compliance and governance.Stakeholder Leadership

- Partner with CXOs, plant leadership, Group C&B, finance, and project teams.

- Serve as senior advisor on talent cost, competitiveness, and reward decisions.

- Lead communication and education on rewards philosophy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead - C&B should have:

  • 15-22 years of C&B experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial sectors.
  • Expertise in compensation architecture, benefits design, benchmarking, and job evaluation.
  • Experience designing rewards for greenfield or large‑scale industrial setups.
  • Strong analytical and HR Tech capabilities.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership in high‑growth, multi‑stakeholder environments.
