About Our Client

Our client is an upcoming, private equity based renewable IPP platform.

Job Description

  • Lead investment evaluation, financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment committee recommendations for renewable energy and infrastructure opportunities.
  • Support enterprise-wide capital allocation frameworks, investment governance, and portfolio performance management
  • Drive debt and equity fundraising initiatives, investor engagement, due diligence processes, and transaction execution.
  • Lead M&A, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and asset monetisation opportunities.
  • Coordinate with senior stakeholders, advisors, lenders, and investors while mentoring and developing investment team members.
  • Build rigorous investment appraisal frameworks and ensure disciplined execution across investment initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of experience in infrastructure investments, investment banking, private equity, infrastructure funds, or strategic investment roles.

Strong track record in renewable energy and infrastructure transaction execution from origination through financial close.

Experience in equity fundraising, structured finance, and investor management.

Advanced financial modelling, valuation, investment appraisal, and due diligence capabilities.

Excellent commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

MBA, CA, CFA, Engineering, Finance, or a related qualification from a reputed institution; CFA qualification would be advantageous.
