Job Description

  • Manage and maintain Windows-based IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
  • Primary skill Intune, secondary skill Tanium
  • Provide Level 3 support for troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and updates.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality of Windows environments.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful L3 Windows professional should have:

  • Strong expertise in Windows-based systems and IT infrastructure management.
  • Ideal of experience in between 7-12 years
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools and system performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of IT security and data protection best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
  • Capability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
