We are seeking a skilled L3 Identity - Entra ID & AD professional to manage and support identity management solutions, focusing on Entra ID, Active Directory, and Azure administration. This role is within the Tech - GCC industry, specifically in the Cosmetics & Fashion sector, and requires expertise in implementing and maintaining secure and efficient identity systems.

Job Description

  • Manage and administer Entra ID and Active Directory services to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Implement and maintain identity management solutions in line with organizational requirements.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot identity-related issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity services with other systems and platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for identity and access management.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for identity management tools, including Azure administration.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for identity management processes and configurations.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in identity management within the Tech industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful L3 Identity - Entra ID & AD should have:

  • Proven expertise in managing Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure administration and related technologies.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining secure identity management solutions.
  • Understanding of compliance standards and best practices in the Technology or related industries.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot identity-related issues effectively.
