Job Description

Senior Technical Associate with over 4+ years to 7 Years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server administration, enterprise infrastructure support, and automation. Strong expertise in managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and enterprise security operations. Proficient in PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform for infrastructure automation, configuration management, and operational efficiency.Experienced in security patching, vulnerability remediation, compliance adherence, and maintaining highly available enterprise environments. Skilled in monitoring, performance analysis, incident management, root cause analysis, and handling critical P1/P2 incidents while effectively communicating with stakeholders and leading war-room discussions. Well-versed in ITSM processes, change management, and operational excellence within large-scale enterprise environments.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server administration
  • Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, GPO
  • Advanced Ansible and PowerShell scripting skills for automation and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Terraform
  • Experience in security patching, vulnerability management, and compliance audits.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and performance analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical, root cause analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage critical incidents (P1/P2), lead war-room calls, and communicate with clients under pressure.
  • Exposure to ITSM processes.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with a focus on uptime and optimization.
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
