Job Description

  • Manage and troubleshoot Windows systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Use Tanium and other tools to monitor and secure endpoints.
  • Handle issues related to Defender and BitLocker for system security.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement system updates and patches.
  • Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
  • Provide second-level support for technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols.
  • Assist in system audits and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows systems and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Tanium, endpoint management, and security tools.
  • Familiarity with Defender and BitLocker security solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a technology-driven FMCG environment.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
