Job Description

  • Provide L2 support for identity and access management issues
  • Troubleshoot Entra ID, authentication failures, and access issues
  • Implement and manage policies like MFA, Conditional Access
  • Integrate applications with Azure AD / SSO
  • Work with security and infra teams on IAM and compliance

The Successful Applicant

A successful L2 Infrastructure Engineer - Entra ID should have:

  • 5+ years in Infrastructure / IAM domain
  • Strong troubleshooting and operational support experience
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps / Automation
  • Knowledge of hybrid identity (AD + Entra ID)
