Job Description

  • Manage and maintain Tanium Administration, ensuring seamless performance and updates.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy Infrastructure as Code solutions.
  • Work with Azure DevOps to streamline CI/CD pipelines and improve development workflows.
  • Integrate and manage API REST services for enhanced functionality and communication between systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Provide second-level support for technology-related incidents and service requests.
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to enhance team knowledge.

The Successful Applicant

A successful L2 Engineer Tanium should have:

L2 Engineer - Tanium & AutomationPrimary Skill (L2): Tanium

    • Provide L2 support and administration for Tanium platform.
    • Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot Tanium modules (Asset, Patch, Deploy, etc.).
    • Perform endpoint security, patch compliance, and configuration management activities.
    • Analyze alerts, ensure remediation, and maintain platform health.
    • Collaborate with security and infra teams for issue resolution and improvements.

Secondary Skill (L2): Automation Any

    • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
    • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for environment provisioning.
    • Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
    • Integrate systems using REST APIs for orchestration and data exchange.
    • Drive process optimization through automation and scripting best practices.
  • Experience Level:4-6 years
    • Key Competencies: Troubleshooting, scripting, automation mindset, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration.

Ability to work in a below shift

He /She can ensure a 4-shift coverage: Morning (6am-3:30pm) / Night (9:30pm-7am) / General (10:30am-7:30pm) / Afternoon (1pm-10:30pm)
