Job Description

  • Manage and support Semperis Directory Services Protector (DSP) for directory protection and security purposes.
  • Administer Quest Recovery Manager for Active Directory (RMAD) and related tools like ActiveRoles and GPOADmin.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to directory services and recovery management.
  • Implement and maintain directory protection and recovery solutions in alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth technology integration.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure system compliance and security.
  • Document processes, configurations, and solutions for future reference.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams for technology-related challenges.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • He /She can ensure a 4 shift coverage: Morning (6am-3:30pm) / Night (9:30pm-7am) / General (10:30am-7:30pm) / Afternoon (1pm-10:30pm).

The Successful Applicant

A successful L2 Engineer - Semperis DSP and Quest RMAD should have:

Min 4 Years of experience IT Industry

  • Proven expertise in Semperis Directory Services Protector or similar directory protection tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Quest Recovery Manager for Active Directory, ActiveRoles, or GPOADmin.
  • Strong knowledge of directory services and recovery management processes.
  • Familiarity with the technology landscape in the FMCG industry.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Documentation and reporting skills
