Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Semperis (Primary Security & Recovery Focus)

  • Configure and maintain Semperis DSP / AAD Protector.
  • Monitor and respond to directory security alerts and anomaly detection.
  • Perform AD change tracking, auditing, and threat detection.
  • Execute AD Forest recovery drills and validation using Semperis tools.
  • Support integration of Semperis with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel).
  • Assist in ransomware and cyber incident response scenarios related to AD.

Quest Tools (AD Management & Recovery)

  • Administer Quest Recovery Manager for AD (RMAD).
  • Manage GPO backups and restores using Quest GPO tools.
  • Perform object-level and forest-level recovery operations.
  • Automate AD tasks using Quest Active Roles Server (ARS) (if applicable).
  • Ensure backup consistency and recovery readiness of AD environments.

Incident & Problem Management

  • Act as L2 escalation point for AD-related incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
  • Work with L3 teams for complex escalations and architecture fixes.
  • Maintain SLA compliance and update tickets in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, etc.).

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

Technical Skills Required Must-Have

  • Strong expertise in Active Directory (AD DS, DNS, GPO ADFC)
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Semperis DSP / Directory Protection
    • Quest RMAD / ActiveRoles / GPO tools



Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication with global teams
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • He /She can ensure a 4 shift coverage: Morning (6am-3:30pm) / Night (9:30pm-7am) / General (10:30am-7:30pm) / Afternoon (1pm-10:30pm).
  • Documentation and reporting skills
