Job Description

  • Manage CyberArk infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Monitor and maintain privileged access management solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to CyberArk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance.
  • Support end-users by addressing technical queries and providing training.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes and configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and CyberArk advancements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful L2 Engineer (CyberArk) should have:

  • Proven expertise in CyberArk implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of privileged access management principles.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in Cosmetics/Toiletries.
  • Familiarity with IT security protocols and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams.
