The organisation operates in the FMCG industry, specialising in cosmetics and toiletries, and is based in Hyderabad.

Job Description

Role Type - Michael Page Payroll and deploy to Loreal Hyderabad, this will be long term (at least 3 years) in Michael Page payroll and deployed to the Client.L1.5 Windows & Linux Azure & AWS

  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) and major Linux distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu, or SUSE).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
  • Familiarity with Azure and AWS management consoles for basic administrative activities. Ability to manage monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor).
  • Basic understanding of virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Exposure to backup tools and patch management systems.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes for ticket management, escalation, and service continuity.
  • Strong analytical ability to identify, troubleshoot, and document recurring system issues. Certification in Linux (RHCSA, LPIC-1) or Microsoft (MCSA)

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Practical experience with Windows servers (2012/2016/2019) and Linux systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
  • Comfort with troubleshooting and resolving server issues.
  • Ability to work with system updates, patches, and backups.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
