Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts and regional accounts in the QSR segment within the FMCG industry.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Must have experience in technical sales with QSR accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present account performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create customized solutions for key accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards in all account management activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager (KAM) - West (QSR) should have:

  • A strong background in sales and account management within the FMCG industry.
  • 8+ years experience in handling key accounts, particularly in the food or QSR segment.
  • Must have experience in technical sales.
