Job Description

Your job:

* Handle Support for global products by partnering with IT stakeholders to meet analytics and reporting requirements efficiently

within the Global Support team and its SLA's

* Collaborate with IT and international teams to design and implement scalable, high-performance reporting solutions that support

global analytics initiatives

* Be flexible in contributing to both enhancement and support activities as required by the team

* Demonstrate willingness to work on data models across multiple modules (MM, PP, SD, FI, SCM, Logistics, etc.) and understand the

underlying business processes and data structures

* Enhance and maintain existing analytics applications within a global analytics and support environment

* Exhibit a strong drive to learn new technologies through self-study and hands-on experience

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Support Engineer - SAP BW should have:* Degree in Computer Science or a comparable field.

* Candidate must possess 3+ years of professional support experience in both SAP BW on HANA, BW/4HANA (at least 1+ year)

* ABAP skills (reading, debugging would be a plus).

* Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, Analysis for Office will be considered an advantage.

* Strong analytical mindset, open and proactive approach to decision-making, with a focus on continuous improvement and effective

English communication skills.

* SAP certifications, particularly in SAP BW, are preferred and will add value to the team.

* Good communication and English skill
