Job Description



  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and execute end-to-end sourcing processes for IT and non-IT Services.
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential new suppliers, assess their capabilities, and leverage competitive intelligence to drive value.
    • Successfully lead end to end negotiation of complex contracts and commercial terms with Tier 1 IT Service Integrators (Big Tech SI firms) such as Accenture, Wipro, TCS, IBM, Capgemini and other strategic partners and also local Non-IT vendors such as food, transport, etc.
    • Drive cost savings and value creation through strong negotiations and cost model optimisation.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the IT sourcing lifecycle.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Procurement Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in IT procurement within the FMCG or technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
  • Educational qualifications in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize procurement strategies.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools for efficient operations.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
