Job Description

  • Strong M365 architecture experience (Xchange online, teams, Azure , ActiveDirectory ,Entra ID)
  • Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage.
  • Oversee cloud services (Azure & GCP) and ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols for systems and data.
  • Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
  • Work with teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes.
  • Stay updated on new technologies to improve IT operations.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience of 15+ years managing IT infrastructure and cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS) and M365 Enterprise.
  • Experience in managing and growing teams, working with global stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of network, server, and storage technologies.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and tools.
  • Problem-solving skills for technical problems
  • Comfort working with teams and stakeholders.
