Backed by strong investor confidence and serving global enterprises, the organisation is focused on building secure, scalable technology platforms while maintaining high standards of security, governance, and regulatory compliance.Job Description8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Security, or Security Operations, preferably within SaaS or FinTech environments.Manage endpoint lifecycle, device provisioning, configuration, hardening, and LAPS using Microsoft Intune across Windows and macOS environments.Administer and optimise CrowdStrike Falcon EDR for endpoint protection and incident response.Manage Cloudflare ZTNA, Gateway, and WAF policies, including troubleshooting complex access and network security issues.Administer Forcepoint DLP policies, SSL inspection exceptions, and Sophos Email Security configurations.Lead vulnerability management activities using Qualys VMDR and drive remediation tracking.Support onboarding, offboarding, identity, and access management processes.Collaborate with MSSP/SOC/MXDR partners and triage security alerts.Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, DPDPA, SEBI audits, client security reviews, and compliance initiatives.Coordinate with vendors for licensing, background verification, and audit requirements.Provide technical support, stakeholder communication, documentation, and serve as an escalation point for internal IT issues.Experience with CyberArk (or equivalent PAM), Wiz (or equivalent CNAPP), and strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS platforms is highly preferred.The Successful Applicant8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Security Operations, Endpoint Security, or CybersecurityStrong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint managementExperience with CrowdStrike or similar EDR platformsExposure to Cloudflare ZTNA/WAF or comparable SASE/Zero Trust solutionsWorking knowledge of CyberArk or equivalent Privileged Access Management toolsExpertise in Forcepoint or similar Data Loss Prevention platformsExperience with Qualys VMDR or equivalent vulnerability management solutionsUnderstanding of cloud security platforms such as Wiz or comparable CNAPP toolsExperience working with MSSPs, SOCs, or MXDR providersKnowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and data privacy regulationsExperience supporting client security assessments, audits, and compliance reviewsStrong troubleshooting expertise across Windows and macOS environmentsExcellent stakeholder communication and documentation skillsWhat's on OfferPermanent role in the fintech sectorOpportunity to work with advanced technology systemsScope to manage IT operations and securityIf this sounds like the role for you, apply.Quote job refJN-092026-7107755Job summaryFunctionInformation TechnologySub SectorIT SupportWhat is your area of specialisation?Financial ServicesLocationHyderabadJob TypePermanentJob ReferenceJN-092026-7107755
