Job Description

* Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions across global technology environment.

* Develop end-to-end workflow automation that integrates data across internal systems, REST APIs, and data sources using tools such as Power Platform, Azure-native services and potentially Snowflake.

* Choose and apply the right integration pattern for each problem - synchronous APIs, asynchronous events and queues, or batch / file-based flows - and design the API contracts, schemas, idempotency, retry, and error-handling behaviour that production integrations need.

* Design and implement AI-assisted workflows where appropriate, covering prompt design, tool calls, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop review.

* Ensure solutions comply with company's information security policies and standards.

* Own the operational health of integrations and automation workflows - instrument them with logs, metrics, and traces; define and track SLOs for the flows that matter to the business; configure alerting; and lead the response and post-incident review when something breaks.

* Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and integration catalogues for systems, integrations, and automation workflows.

* Apply software-engineering best practices, testing, documentation, and production-grade deployment on Azure so that what is built is reliable and maintainable.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant



* 8+ years in systems integration, integration/data engineering, automation, or software engineering, working directly with end-users to develop end-to-end solutions.

* Strong hands-on experience with integration and automation platforms such as Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure Logic Apps. Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism) also useful.

* Experience with AI tools (OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude or MS CoPilot) including MS CoPilot Studio, MS Foundry preferred.

* Hands-on Azure engineering experience - building, deploying, and operating workloads on services such as Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus / Event Grid, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure Storage coupled with strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

* Solid Python skills for building integrations and automations - comfortable with HTTP / REST clients, JSON handling, authentication flows, structured logging, packaging, and writing unit and integration tests.

* Familiarity with Azure-native services and Snowflake for data-integration workflows preferred.

* Experience of source control and DevOps practices (Git, Azure DevOps or GitHub) for managing automation code with infrastructure-as-code knowledge a plus.

* Exposure to data-integration fundamentals - designing schemas and contracts between systems, handling incremental sync and change data capture, and reasoning about idempotency, replay, and ordering. Working knowledge of an ETL/ELT or pipeline tool (Azure Data Factory, Fabric, dbt, Fivetran) is a plus.

* Practical experience applying secure-integration practices - secrets and key management (Key Vault or equivalent), OAuth 2.0 and service-principal / least-privilege access patterns, encryption in transit and at rest, and data classification.

* University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent professional certification.
