Job Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to communicate the company's financial health and strategic goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for investor meetings and quarterly earnings calls.
  • Coordinate and manage communication materials such as press releases, investor newsletters, and annual reports.
  • Conduct market and industry research to provide insights and updates to senior management.
  • Monitor and analyze the company's stock performance and industry trends.
  • Support the preparation of financial models and forecasts for investor presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements for investor communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investor Relation Associate should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Investor Relations/Equity Research/Fund Management
  • A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Knowledge of Indian capital markets
  • Understanding of regulations and compliance (SEBI, LODR requirements)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A solid understanding of the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Experience in preparing investor presentations and financial reports.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
