The Investment Analyst will work within the broader family office vertical and will be responsible for both private and public markets investing.

About Our Client

The client is one of the largest family offices based out of Singapore. They have a geography-agnostic approach, ranging from early-stage seed rounds (primarily in Indian startups) to global equities.

Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify investment opportunities.
  • Support due diligence processes for potential acquisitions or investments.
  • Prepare detailed financial models and valuation reports.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and generate periodic reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on investment strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments in venture capital / private equity and public markets.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for investment committees.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investment Analyst should have:

  • A CA/CFA or MBA in Finance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
  • 2-4 years of overall experience across both public and private markets ideally. (Either 1 is mandatory).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating reports and presentations.
  • Proficiency in using financial tools and software.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
