Job Description

  • Manage daily fund accounting operations and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other deliverables for clients.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in financial data and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth fund operations.
  • Monitor fund performance and provide accurate reporting to clients and management.
  • Assist in audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in the banking and financial services sector.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in fund accounting operations.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or progress toward CPA a plus)
  • Relevant years of experience in investment accounting, fund accounting, or SPV-related accounting roles
  • Proficiency with Excel and experience with VPM or comparable portfolio/fund accounting systems is required
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and tasks.
  • Strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally
