Job Description

  • Manage and configure Intune and Tanium platforms to meet organisational needs.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Implement and enforce device management policies.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • Provide technical support and resolve user issues related to Intune and Tanium.
  • Keep systems updated and secure against potential threats.
  • Document processes and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist in deploying new technology solutions where required.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and Tanium platforms.
  • Confidence managing enterprise-level device management solutions.
  • Good understanding of security and compliance policies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Experience working in the technology domain, preferably within the FMCG industry.

  • Microsoft Intune : Deep hands-on expertise in Windows device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, update rings, security baselines, Autopilot provisioning, co-management environments and troubleshooting.
  • Tanium : Strong operational knowledge of endpoint discovery, querying, inventory, patching, compliance validation, and remote remediation.
  • Windows Endpoint Management : Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11/LTSC enterprise endpoint management, lifecycle management (OS & hardware) and troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft Configuration Manager : Experience with Configuration Manager, co-management and integration with Intune.
  • BitLocker and Microsoft Defender : Hands-on experience with encryption, endpoint protection, security posture and compliance controls.
  • DaaS and virtualization : Experience supporting virtual desktop or Desktop as a Service environment (Windows 365).
  • Dashboarding and automation :Ability to turn endpoint data into dashboards, reporting and automated actions (Scripting skills).
