This role owns the design and implementation of internal financial controls across manufacturing plants, procurement, inventory, and core finance processes. You will work closely with the leadership to build a robust control framework that can support rapid growth, audits, and public market scrutiny.
  • Build & head IFC at scale in a listed, fast‑growing manufacturing company.
  • Direct CFO exposure and ownership of controls, not a back‑office role.

Job Description

  • Design and roll out internal financial controls across plants, procurement, inventory, capex, and closing.
  • Embed controls into SAP‑driven workflows, not parallel spreadsheets.
  • Partner with plant teams to balance speed, scale, and compliance.
  • Own IFC documentation, testing readiness, and audit coordination.
  • Identify control gaps created by expansion and proactively fix them.
  • Work closely with CFO on governance, risk, and process discipline.

The Successful Applicant

  • CA with 10-12 years in manufacturing finance or plant-finance.
  • Hands‑on experience setting up IFC frameworks in a scale-up environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and plant finance processes.
  • Setting up processes, controls systems for finance, procurement, etc
  • Business fianance, financial modelling etc. is a plus.
