Job Description

  • We are seeking an accomplished Design Leader to head the design function for commercial workplace and flexible office projects.
  • This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end design excellence, including concept development, workplace strategy, client engagement, design management, technical documentation, and project delivery.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with business teams, clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to create innovative, customer-centric workplace environments.
  • In addition to leading complex projects, the role requires building and mentoring high-performing design teams, establishing design and documentation standards, resolving technical challenges, and contributing to the continuous evolution of the company's workspace offerings.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned design professional with strong commercial interiors experience, leadership capabilities, and a passion for creating modern workplace environments at scale.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial workplace and corporate interior design projects.
  • Strong expertise in design management, space planning, and client-focused solutions.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and 3D visualization software.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
