Job Description

  • Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Provide legal advice to internal teams on various matters
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Handle disputes and liaise with external legal counsel when needed
  • Work on intellectual property matters related to the company
  • Support the business in managing legal risks
  • Conduct legal training sessions for internal stakeholders
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A degree in Law
  • Experience in handling legal matters, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
  • Strong skills in reviewing and drafting contracts
  • Good knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage disputes and interact with external legal counsel
  • Understanding of intellectual property laws
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
