Job Description

  • Manage end‑to‑end HR operations for the India Centre of Excellence
  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with Indian labour laws and global HR standards.
  • Lead performance management, compensation cycles, payroll coordination and manager coaching.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, hiring and scaling the India COE.
  • Drive employee relations, compliance, engagement and culture‑building initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • The successful candidate will come in with minimum 8-10 years of well‑rounded HR experience, ideally from the tech, SaaS, GCC or broader technology‑driven industry.
  • He/She will have hands‑on expertise in HR operations, policies, compliance, performance management and partnering with leadership in a scaling, global environment.
